Sunny Afternoon – New Wimbledon Theatre | Review
By John Groves / November 26, 2025
The Kinks were a very influential English band, especially in their social commentary, leaving a body of work, some of which has already stood the test of time. The audience at ATG’s New Wimbledon Theatre clearly enjoyed the experience as did my colleague who was dancing in the aisle with many others by the end, in spite of having trudged the streets of Wimbledon Broadway for the previous three hours or more, Christmas shopping! A show to lift the spirits – very highly recommended, and not just to those old enough to remember the original “Tired of Waiting For You” from 1965!

Tue - Sat at 19:30
Wed, Fri and Sat at 14:30

Age guidance: 12+ due to strong language. Children under 5 years and babies in arms will strictly not be admitted.
